By Bus: Take either Bus 50, 52, 72, 76, 77, 82, 201, Southward Circular Line, Northward Circular Line to reach the destination.
By MRT: Take MRT Orange Line and get off at Cultural Center Station (O7). Take exit 3 toward Heping 1st Road. Walk to the intersection of Wufu 3rd Road and reach the destination.
Driving Route: Take National Highway No.1 and get off at Zhongzheng Interchange. Go westward along Zhongzheng 1st Road. Pass Kaixuan Park and continue driving on Wufu Road to reach the Kaohsiung Cultural Center. (Zhongzheng Cultural Center).

The construction of Kaohsiung Municipal Cultural Center (Zhongzheng Cultural Center) is established in 1981, it's subordinated to the Bureau of Cultural Affairs Kaohsiung City, an important venue for art exhibitions and performances held in Kaohsiung. The street next to it, Guangzhou 1st Street, is a place where many galleries have opened and has become the most artistic area in Kaohsiung City.
The outdoor green field has an area of 7.055 hectare, and there's an outdoor sculpture area with flowers and trees, a quiet and elegant place; with sculptures placed strategically, the place is in rich creative atmosphere. At the central garden, there's a plaza with round-shaped staircase, a great place for outdoor activities; every morning and evening, many citizens come here to have a walk, stroll or do exercises.
Bureau of Cultural Affairs, Kaohsiung City Government has an area of 13 hectare. It's a multi-functional building with a simple but solemn exterior; there're 7 parts inside the building including a cultural artifacts exhibition hall, a memorial hall, the Zhide Hall, the Zhishan Hall, Zhimei Hall, Exhibition Rooms, and a library. Zhimei Hall is mainly for exhibiting paintings, Zhide Hall and Zhishan Hall are for hosting assembly and large-scale art performance activities, an important venue for Kaohsiung Citizens to enjoy indoor leisure.
"Zhide Hall" has a seating capacityfor 1,702 people, it's a venue for art performance held in Kaohsiung City; and, "Zhishan Hall" has a capacity of 483 people, it's for hosting musical, drama, or dancing art performances.
"Zhizhen Hall" and "Zhimei Hall" are the exhibition rooms as the artistic space for local artists and students.
To meet the requirements of exhibitions, the cultural artifacts exhibition hall on both sides in front of the building have been transformed into a space for exhibitions. From the 1st to the 4th floors at the rear side of the building, there're exhibition rooms and a library. The building is also facilitated with an outdoor space for activities. The entrance to Bureau of Cultural Affairs is located at Zhishan Hall.
