The Garden Villa is a hotel with 2 underground floors, 10 floors above ground, 211 stylish rooms, 17 professional meeting rooms, an international conference hall that can fit 500 people, an exhibition venue that can fit 1,000 people, and 3 premier Chinese and Western restaurants. The Garden Villa is situated in the new municipal center of Kaohsiung as it has the most beautiful view of the Lotus Pond. The Garden villa is within 1,000 meters to the HSR Zuoying Station, Kaohsiung MRT Station, Zuoying Railway Station, National Freeway Exit, Kaohsiung Arena, Hanshin Department Store, and Shinkong Mitsukoshi.

The Garden Villa was built using NTD$ 500 million, and the funding was solely provided by Taiwan Shofu University.
