Bamboo Mountain Sightseeing Winery

　　The company was established in 1975; the head office is located in Dashu Township, Kaohsiung County of Taiwan. The business is mainly on farm tree planting. Afterward, a president of the famous Datong Department Store Wu Yao-ting found the sweet spring water, and he encouraged the president of the company Mr. Yang Feng-mao to start a mineral water bottling company and production to provide people living in the Kaohsiung City with drinking water. Consequently, the company began to join the beverage production industry.

　　The company's mineral water has obtained the G.M.P. Certification in 1998. It has been selling well because of its sweet water quality. The tea drinks have also obtained the G.M.P. Certification on March 25, 1999. With the G.M.P. Certification, our products are sold worldwide and have won the consumer's appreciation.

　　From some time in 2000 to December 31, 2001, the company contracted with the Taiwan Tobacco and Liquor Corporation for PET bottling rice wine. The monthly output is 500,000 boxes. During the same period, the company sent employees to go abroad to learn and study the winemaking techniques for applying the tobacco and alcohol exporting license; starting from March 2002, the company started building winemaking equipment and applied for the winemaking license. In October 2002, the company obtained the winemaking license issued by the National Treasury Administration, Ministry of Finance.

　　After obtaining the winemaking license, the company has been upholding the strict G.M.P. operating standards in the production of G.M.P. mineral water and G.M.P. tea drinks to make high-quality liquor products, and the sales have been expanded to the foreign markets. In June 2003, the domestic rice wine was successfully exported to Japan; it had a big impact on the Japanese market. The company has put more efforts in promoting G.M.P. high-quality winemaking image, and we applied liquor certification issued by the Ministry of Finance and the G.M.P. Wine Certification issued by Industrial Development Bureau.

　　This year, when the world economy is under recession, the company with more than 10 years of effort in building automated production, sales, and management has launched the high-quality products at low cost. The good image built up with the Wine Certification issued by the Ministry of Finance and the G.M.P. Wine Certification issued by the Industrial Development Bureau, the sales have good performance both nationwide and worldwide. Now, the company has integrated the sightseeing winery with Zhuliao Community National Ecological Park to promote the differences between the pure rice brewed rice liquor and the diluted alcohol with water to reduce the harm that people have been suffered from drinking alcohol over a long time.
