Cijin Beach

The Cijin Beach is just as famous as Sizihwan, and is available for visiting from April to October every year as it attracts many beach-loving tourists. The soft sands, the clear ocean water and complete shower and lifeguard facilities of the beach attract endless numbers of tourists during the sunny summer days. Many people come to the beach to swim, surf and parasail while it also features a variety of facilities: it has a seascape trail, natural ecological areas, and cross-country areas. When the beach isn’t available to the public, visitors can still enjoy other leisure activities during their visit here. There are plenty of bathing facilities at the beach, and there are a lot of lovely marine life sculptures of various sizes on the garden grass. The most popular sculpture is the two-story tall red crab.
Even though the beach doesn’t have any catering services, but there are various shops just outside the beach selling the famous products and delicacies of Cijin. The Cijin Beach is right next to the Cijin Seaside Park, and is the Northern starting point of the Coastal Park. The coastline stretches out for a few kilometers, making it suitable for long walks or bicycle trips as people can enjoy the coastal breeze while taking in the beautiful scenery. As the evening nears, people can watch as the sun sets and rosy clouds fill the air, and the sound of the splashing waves coupled with the view of the beach allows people to fully take in the distant boats and Cihou Mountain. It is one of the most wonderful spiritual and visual feasts anyone could ever experience.
