Yonglin Farm

"Yonglin Farm-Kaohsiung Shanlin Organic Farm Area" is a beautiful land of peace built under the donation and sponsorship of the "Yonglin Charity Foundation" to help the victims who lost their families in the 88 Flood. The victims can work here to restart their life. The farm covers an area of 55 hectares, and only about 40 hectares are used as a farm that adopts the organic farming method; no use of chemical fertilizers and the farm produce has obtained the Tse-Xin Organic Certification to create a clean land combining production, ecosystem and life.

Alishan mountain is located north of this area, and the Yueguangshan (mountain) and Shizishan (mountain) are located south to form a perfect natural barrier for the farm, which is away from air pollution. With excellent geographic conditions, the farm has a production of more than 300 kinds of organic vegetables and fruits; it's Taiwan's largest organic farm. From the time it was established in 2009 until 2015, the land was unplowed and unused in the 6 years. When the organic farming technique became mature, starting in 2016, agricultural technology started to help the development of the farm. Currently, it has become an advanced smart agricultural farm that provides consumers with high-quality and reliable farm produce and food.
The farm is like a miniature of Taiwan in which people respect ethnic integration. People with different ethnic backgrounds work and live together here for symbiotic co-prosperity and for the pursuit of ecological protection, together they work for organic production. In different seasons, there is a diversity of crops available. Exclusive guided tours are available, and the fun planting experience activities can also be arranged. There're many Bunon people working on the farm; when people visit the farm, they can have experience activities, including setting up traps, playing archery, listening to beautiful Pasibutbut (a choir of eight tones). People here enjoy nature and multiple LOHAS (lifestyle of health and sustainability) experience activities. That's how to live ourselves with the best in life.
There are delicious meals available in the restaurant on the farm; by using freshly picked organic vegetables and fruits as well as meat and seafood that have passed the non-toxic test, the female chefs, who have walked out from the disaster, won the gold prize of the Culinary Competition. Visitors can eat the cuisines cooked with fresh natural food ingredients. There are many high-quality souvenir gifts for visitors to purchase and share the wonders of the land with their friends.
