New Building of Fengshan Administration Center of Kaohsiung City Government has a total construction cost of approximately NTD 430 million, and its area spans about 25,000 m2. To obtain recognition as an intelligent building and the requirement for energy efficiency labels, solar photovoltaic corridors have been set up; harvested and recycled rainwater and recycled wastewater from fountain water making process and air-conditioning’s cooling water have all been used to sprinkle over landscape plants.
