Dapingding

Dapingdin, the traditional name of the geographical area where Xiaogang District located in Kaohsiung of Taiwan, is to the east of the district. Compared to existing administrative district coverage, it's at the southeast area of Daping Village and the northeast area of Pingding Village.

Dapingding, a part of Fengshan Hill, has a high altitude that people can have a broad vision. It's near the Kaohsiung Xiaogang International Airport. In recent years, there have been more people starting the scenic view hotels business, and Dapingding has become a good place for meal gathering and recreation. It's now nicknamed as "Xiao Maokong in Kaohsiung."
